Renew Membership

The MARC uses HamClubOnline.com (HCOL) for club membership management. HCOL is an easy powerful online tool with many features including online club management, membership renewal, club elections, club roster and much more.

You can always renew your membership by sending payment to the club’s PO Box, or in person at any club meeting. We added this option as a convenience for members who can’t make it to the meetings or would rather pay with a debit or credit card.

To renew on line, you must log in to your hamclubonline.com account. If you were an active MARC member as of June 2021 or after, a HCOL account was created for you using your email address that we had on file (if we had one). If an account was created for you and you didn’t see an email from hamclubonline.com, you can recover your password from HCOL using your call sign or email ID and then login to complete your renewal at this link (click “Forgot Password?” to obtain your account password).

Once you have successfully logged in to HamClubOnline.com, complete these steps to renew your membership:

  1. From the main menu, click on MARC
  2. Click on “Add Membership Time / Make a Payment” in the first column
  3. You should see your membership type and renewal rate, with the current date that your membership expires.
  4. Click on the blue button labeled “Click here to renew your existing membership!”
  5. You should see a “Renew Existing Membership” screen with a tentative membership end date of 03/31 of the next year. The amount to pay should be $25.00 and the Payment Method should say “Square Payments”.
  6. If everything looks OK, click the Submit button
  7. You will then see a form where you enter your card number, expiration date (MM/YY), the CVV code from the back of your card, and your Postal Zip Code. Make sure you enter these carefully and click the “Pay $25.00 USD” blue button.
  8. It will take a moment for the payment to process. You will get a confirmation code on the next screen and you should receive a receipt to your e-mail within a few minutes.
  9. If you get an error message, go back and make sure you entered all of your card information correctly. If there are any errors, the payment will not process.
  10. You can verify your renewal by checking your profile on HCOL. It should show a new Expire Date in the Roster Information column.
